OM Techno Solutions was born from the direct field experience of its founder and a team of technicians specialized in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of CNC machining centers and automated lines.
We operate on 3 and 5-axis machines following all phases of the process: mechanical and electrical assembly, laser calibration, start-up, and testing, in full compliance with factory tolerances and customer production needs.
We manage the complete relocation of machinery, from disassembly to reinstallation and final start-up, with the goal of minimizing machine downtime.
Alongside operational activity, we develop prototypes and custom technological solutions, collaborating with the customer in the design and testing of new technologies and automated systems.
We complete our offer with skills in PLC programming on Siemens TIA Portal standards, custom software development, industrial electrical plant realization, and technical consulting for tools and solutions dedicated to stone processing and similar materials.
